ALUMNI CORNER

We love having Alumni come in and tell us about how Wilco had an impact on their careers and life. Recently, we had two graduates come in. Kaytee Everhart, 2013 graduate from Plainfield Central and former Health Care student at Wilco, passed her state CNA exam and is now a licensed Certified Nurse Assistant at Lakewood Nursing Home in Plainfield. Kaytee visited Mrs. Budde's class and told us that not only did Wilco impact her education, but it helped her with her career path. She said Mrs. Budde was an excellent teacher and enabled her to be a great CNA. Kaytee's future plans are to continue school and become an R.N.

Our other recent alumni visitor was Justin McBeth, who was a 2012 graduate of Romeoville High school and Wilco Criminal Justice student. Justin is now a Private 1st Class in the United States Marines and said his experience in Criminal Justice class with Mr. Malec and Mr. Reilly gave him a jump start on his military career. Justin would like to continue his education in the future and has the dream of becoming a lawyer.
