Annual Guidance Breakfast
The Wilco Administration, Dr. Elizabeth Kaufman, Bosa Goodale and Julia Oglesby hosted it's Annual Guidance Breakfast on Friday, October 22, 2021. The event is a great way to collaborate with the Guidance staff from local high schools. The Wilco Culinary Program, under the instruction of Chef, Nicole Kinzer and Chef, Scott Dudgeon prepared their students for this special event of thirty plus attendees. The Culinary students prepared a menu including; Spinach, Roasted Red Pepper, and Feta Frittata, Rosemary Roasted Breakfast Potatoes, Turkey Sausage, Bacon, Coffee Cake, fruit salad with coffee and orange juice. Also, the students did all the setup, breakdown, order collection and serving of their guests. It was a great life experience for the Wilco students!
The Annual Guidance Breakfast is a great way to recognize the multifaceted work of school counselors and how they prepare students academically and emotionally for life beyond school. Wilco is thankful for all their hard work on promoting the career center!
